Dr. Mann obtained a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1971, and a Doctor of Philosophy from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles in 1974. He obtained post-graduate training in Executive Coaching and Organization Development from the William James Institute of the Professional School of Psychology. He practiced as a licensed psychologist from 1976-2002. He has appeared on Fox Sport's Net, Fox 25 Moring Show, the Gary Collin's Show, Good Morning America and numerous radio interview shows including Voice America. In the past he wrote a monthly column for the Arizona Golfer and was on the faculty at the Golf Academy of America.

Under Coach Taylor's tenure at Hampton University, Dr. Benson was a scholarship athlete playing the position of tight end. During this period he was a 3-time GTE Football Academic All-American and received the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame "Scholar-Athlete" Award. Upon graduation, he was awarded Hampton University's highest honor, The President's Cup. Dr. Benson went on to earn his medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and completed his training in adult psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital, an affiliate program of Harvard Medical School.

BurnellE.Holland,Jr. is co-owner of Brentridge Education Services, an education-consulting firm that specializes in providing high quality Educational Support Services, Professional and Management Training and Management Consulting Services to a variety of public and private schools, as well as state, local and federal agencies.
Prior to founding Brentridge, Burnell has served as an assistant superintendent in the District of Columbia public schools, supervising and evaluating principals and provided leadership that enabled more than 86% of schools under his supervision to meet required academic achievement targets. He has also served as the assistant superintendentfor the office of Categorical Programsand Development.This office provided management of an annual federal grants budget that exceeded $119 million.
Prior to accepting these assignments as a central office executive, Burnell served as principal at Park View Elementary, where his leadership led to Park view being recognized as a "High Poverty-High Achieving School," by the US Department of Education. Widely recognized colleagues as a dynamic servant-leader, he was honored as a "National Distinguished Principal" by the National Association of Elementary School Principals in 1998. During this same year, Burnell also served as president of the District of Columbia chapter of the National Association of Elementary School Principals.
Currently, Burnell is working in partnership with Bowie State University and the Prince George’s County public schools to train and develop the next generation of school leaders in Prince George’s County. His company is also working in partnership with Pearson Education to provide K-12 online instructional modules for the Maryland state Department of Education.

Lynn possesses an extensive background in education over a 28 year career, having served in the K-12 sector with nine years’ experience as an elementary education teacher and 19 years as a school administrator. She has served as Superintendent of the Florida State University Developmental Research School since 2008. Prior to her appointment as Director of FSUS, she served as the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Graduate Studies at Florida State University’s College of Education for three years.
Lynn received a doctorate in educational leadership/administration from Florida State University, her master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of West Florida and a bachelor’s degree in education from Troy State University.
